Life will never run out of challenges to hurl our way. Sometimes, these challenges give us wounds, may it be emotional, mental, or physical. No matter how strong we think we are, that doesn’t mean we’re invulnerable.
Healing can be a slow process, or it can be a fast one. That depends entirely on how deeply we’re wounded. Either way, healing is a journey of recovery and, sometimes, even forgiveness if someone in our lives caused that wound. At times, asking for help can also lead to the path of healing.
Take comfort at the thought that all wounds heal through some of the positive healing quotes and sayings we have collected.
