Contain It, Grow It Garden Girl (aka Valerie Linhoff) is a garden trowel wielding, horseback riding, sheep herding, chicken wrangler, mother of twin tornadoes that destroy everything in their path, who hails from the cold North of Minnesota.

She has a passion for growing great food year-round to feed the bellies of her family and sharing her knowledge and love of all things “garden” with the world.

Her hopes are that no matter who you are big, small, white, black, green, red or rainbow, we all start growing not only our gardens but in our hearts towards a peaceful community. And it’s food that can help bring people and communities together; so let’s get growing today!
